  1. I wanted to know if there is a list of the best architectural collegesin India and their rankings

    1. Ya, there are alot of such colleges. You can go SPA, CCA, GNDU or anywhere. You can check the Rankings given to the colleges by the Indian council of Architecture. They rank the colleges after looking into each n every aspect.

  2. what preparations should i take 4 nata exams….books to be refered etc. which are the good colleges which take entrance exams?

    1. Nata exam is an online exam- objective type…. Basically its not much of technical knowledge required. But you must have some knowledge about lighting, mathematics, physics…. etc.. For the complete details you can refer to the council of architecture site. http://www.coa.gov.in/

      All the best.

  3. thank you for the info! i had one more question.
should i drop a year and prepare for aieee architecture or take admission in the college offered to me. my rank is not that great in aieee.
    All india rank- 8000aprox
    gen category-5000aprox
    state rank-300aprox
    state gen catg-265
would i get a good college????

    1. Its better you go for councilling and take admission in the college. I advice not to drop one full year. The time lost never comes back and you never know what you will get result then. So its advisable that you start your course. You can prepare for your aieee side by side and at the end appear for the exam. If you get some change, you can ask for the migration ( if allowed).

  4. i have an all INDIA rank(aieee) of 1950..will i get an entry in an SPA??if not, which are the good institutes i could opt for??

    1. As far as rank is concerned, you might feel some trouble in getting into SPA….
First give it a try and if you don’t get into there, you can also try CEPT and CCA or some good colleges in Mumbai.

      1. Which according to you are the “good colleges of architecture in MUMBAI”????Could you also mention the names of the NIT’s (under aieee) which have the best architecture departments????

  5. I have AIEEE
All India Rank :- 7000 approx
    Category :- 5000 approx
    State Rank:-
    Overall :- 6
    Category :- 4
    Which college will i get????

  6. i have secured rank of 1144 in aieee arch paper. could get admission in spa. also if i can gat admission in sir jj college in mumbai how can i enroll myself? if not then which college should i seek admission in
